For the safety of our team and the dogs in our care, Fetch may not be the right fit for dogs with a history of aggression toward people or other dogs, dogs with severe reactivity, or dogs who require constant behavioral management while walking. We also are not able to accept geriatric dogs or dogs with significant mobility limitations or serious health conditions, as these situations require specialized or medical care beyond the scope of standard dog walking. Our goal is to provide calm, positive, and structured walks for dogs who truly enjoy the experience, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Walks are scheduled in advance and handled by trained team members who know your dog and your neighborhood. During each walk, you’ll receive updates through our app, including GPS tracking, photos, and a detailed visit report, so you always know where your dog went and how they did. Billing is straightforward and predictable, with invoices sent biweekly. Beyond daily walks, Fetch offers additional services designed to support your dog through all of life’s routines. This includes in home sleepovers for clients who need overnight care, as well as training services beginning in 2026 for families looking to build better habits and stronger bonds with their dogs. Behind the scenes, schedules, routes, and accounts are actively overseen to ensure consistency, safety, and communication across the team. The goal is to provide a calm, reliable experience that feels less like hiring a service and more like having a trusted partner in your dog’s care.

After each walk, you’ll receive a detailed update through the app, including GPS tracking, photos, and notes about how your dog did. For same day walk requests, we ask that you book through the app and send a quick text to our office line so we can confirm availability and coordinate care as quickly as possible. This helps us respond faster while our team is actively out on routes. Communication is monitored throughout the day, and our goal is to keep everything clear and efficient without unnecessary back and forth, so you can feel confident your dog is taken care of even when your day gets busy.

We take access and home security very seriously. For most clients, we prefer to keep two copies of your key on file to ensure smooth scheduling and coverage when needed. That said, we’re flexible and happy to work with what feels most comfortable for you. We can also accommodate lockboxes, concierge or front desk key pickup, or other secure access arrangements. Walkers are trained on proper building access, lock up procedures, and leaving homes exactly as they were found. Keys, fobs, and access instructions are shared only with team members who need them for scheduled walks, and all accounts are actively overseen to ensure consistency and accountability.
